Easy Raspberry Limeade with lime sparkling water

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice about 18 limes
  • ½ cup granulated white sugar
  • 3 cups cold sparkling limeade
  • ice
  • fresh raspberries and lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine 4 cups fresh raspberries, 1 cup fresh lime juice, and ½ cup granulated white sugar in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher. Use the back of a wooden spoon to press the mixture through. Discard the seeds/solids.
  3. Stir in 3 cups cold sparkling limeade and whisk to combine. Add ice to the glasses and pour the raspberry limeade on top.
  4. If desired, garnish with fresh raspberries and lime wedges for serving .
