Spiced Apple & Pear Winter Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 medium apples peeled and cored
- 2 small pears peeled and cored
- 1 C vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ C roasted unsalted almonds
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 C Post® Raisin Bran
- 2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a blender or large food processor, add the apples and pear and blend until no large chunks remain. Add in the yogurt and cinnamon and continue to blend until smooth.
- Divide the mixture between two bowls and top with the almonds, banana, Raisin Bran, and honey, dividing each between the bowls. Serve immediately.

Notes
- These smoothie bowls are fairly thick, so if you prefer a thinner base, slowly add some liquid, like vanilla almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
