Ingredients
- 1 piece bread sourdough
- 1 garlic small clove
- ½ avocado smashed
- salt to taste, sea salt
- red pepper flakes to taste, crushed
Instructions
- Toast a slice of sourdough bread until crisp and golden.
- Rub the whole clove of garlic all over the top of the warm toast.
- Spoon some avocado on the toast and spread it evenly with a fork.
- Sprinkle the top with sea salt and crushed red pepper flakes, to taste.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy.
