Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1 crown of broccoli cut into florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Pinch of crushed red pepper
- Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste
- 2 tsp rice vinegar or more to taste
Instructions
- Bring water to a simmer in a large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli florets; cook, covered, until bright green, 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt & freshly cracked pepper, to taste, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
- Remove the skillet from heat; stir in vinegar, then mix until evenly coated.
- Pour into a serving bowl. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
