Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh Italian parsley with stems
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes or red pepper diced
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, pulse parsley, oregano, and garlic until combined, approximately 10 seconds.
- Add 1/2 cup olive oil, red wine vinegar, and pepper flakes or diced pepper; blend to your desired texture.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.

- Adjust the amount of peppers to your preference. Start with half the amount of pepper, taste and add more to taste.
