Spicy Guacamole Recipe

Spicy guacamole with jalapeños, shallots and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 shallots minced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 jalapeño minced
  • 1 1/2 limes juiced
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, coarsely mash avocado. Add lime juice.
  2. Mince shallots, garlic and jalapeños. Add to avocados.
  3. Mix just until everything is incorporated. Don't over-mix.
  4. Check for seasoning, adding more lime juice or jalapeño if desired.
