Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 medium Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
- ½ onion finely chopped
- 1 poblano pepper or 2 jalapeños diced with seeds*
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 ½ limes juiced (¼ cup)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half, remove the seeds, and scrape the meat into a large bowl. Smash the avocado with a fork, and leave a few chunks if desired.
- To the avocado in the bowl, add the tomatoes, onion, peppers, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and cumin. Gently fold to combine ingredients and serve immediately.

Notes
- Poblano peppers are spicier than jalapeños. Both will work depending on what is available at your store.
