Spicy Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados to your desired consistency using a fork or potato masher.
  2. Mix in the lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, salt, and cumin until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped cilantro. Adjust seasoning with additional salt, if necessary.
