Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen cocktail meatballs (about 64 meatballs)
  • ¼ cup Sriracha
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (I used Frank's)
  • 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • ½ tablespoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon chipotle powder
  • ½ cup beef broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place frozen meatballs in your Instant Pot with no trivet.
  2. To a blender, add all remaining ingredients. Pulse until smooth and combined to create the sauce.
  3. Pour sauce over meatballs and lock Instant Pot lid in place. Set valve to sealing.
  4. Set on Manual (high pressure) for 15 minutes. When time is up, allow 5 minutes natural release and then manually quick release remaining pressure.
  5. Stir well to make sure all meatballs are well covered in sauce. Serve warm.
