Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon gochugaru Korean red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds toasted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced cucumber with soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, gochugaru chili powder, garlic powder and sesame oil.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and serve as a side dish with steamed rice.
