Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Chili oil
- 1 teaspoon gochugaru Korean red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds toasted
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced cucumber with soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, gochugaru chili powder, garlic powder and sesame oil.
- Mix well.
