Ingredients
- 4 Ounces tequila
- 4 Ounces Cointreau
- 3 Ounces fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 Ounce Habanero-Lime Infused Tequila see note
- 2 Ounces mango juice
- ice optional
- coarse salt optional
- Lime Wedges for garnish
Instructions
Making the Habanero Lime Infused Tequila
- Add ⅓ of a lime cut into slices and 2 habaneros (halved and seeds and stems removed) to 1 750ml bottle of silver tequila. Let infuse at least 24 hours. The longer it infuses the stronger it gets. Depending on the bottle you may need to remove a small amount of tequila to get them to fit.

Mixing the Margarita
- Combine the tequilas, Cointreau, lime juice, and mango juice in a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake to combine. Serve straight up or on the rocks.
