Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 - 4 Tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon water optional, to thin it out
  • Optional Add ons use either or a combo of those
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chinese Spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Start with quality Mayonnaise and quality Sriracha Sauce
