Ingredients

  • 1/2 recipe Fail-Proof Pizza Dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups 4-cheese blend Italian cheeses grated
  • 4 oz pancetta cooked
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Line pizza pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Spread dough out to 8-inch circle. brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Spread grated cheese evenly over dough along with pancetta, rosemary and red pepper flakes.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Remove from oven and cool 2 minutes before cutting and serving.
