Spicy Pulled Pork Lettuce Wraps

This will make 6 whole rolled lettuce wraps. You can chop them in half and come out with 3 total servings. Each serving is 2 whole lettuce wraps (halved) and comes out to: 338 Calories, 25.6g Fats, 2.4g Net Carbs, and 23.7g Protein.

Ingredients

  • 5 Leftover Pork Loin Ribs with Keto BBQ Sauce
  • 6 Pieces butter lettuce
  • ⅓ yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ medium onion
  • 2 tsp. chili garlic paste
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Chop up your peppers and onion into thin strips.
  2. Break your ribs apart, taking the meat off the bone. You can use them cold or heated, whichever you prefer.
  3. Shred your meat into small pieces using a knife.
  4. Lay your meat, some chili paste, onion and peppers onto a piece of butter lettuce.
  5. Roll the lettuce up.
