Ingredients
- 5 Leftover Pork Loin Ribs with Keto BBQ Sauce
- 6 Pieces butter lettuce
- ⅓ yellow bell pepper
- ¼ medium onion
- 2 tsp. chili garlic paste
- ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Chop up your peppers and onion into thin strips.
- Break your ribs apart, taking the meat off the bone. You can use them cold or heated, whichever you prefer.
- Shred your meat into small pieces using a knife.
- Lay your meat, some chili paste, onion and peppers onto a piece of butter lettuce.
- Roll the lettuce up.
