Ingredients

  • 4 mangoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ purple onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon Tajín
  • 2 tablespoon basil microgreens (see notes)

Instructions

  1. Cut the mango, onion, and bell pepper into thin strips.
  2. Add the lime juice and sprinkle the tajin.
  3. Toss well, top with the micro greens and serve.

Notes

  • Microgreens - If you can't source these, add two tablespoons of chopped basil instead.
