Ingredients
For sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
For Poke
- 215 grams salmon cut into ½-inch cubes
- 40 grams sweet onions ~¼ onion, minced
- ½ avocado peeled, pitted, and cubed
- 2 tablespoons tobiko
- ¼ teaspoon Alaea salt to taste
- fried garlic chips to taste
- cilantro garnish
- nori garnish
Instructions
- Whisk the sesame oil, sriracha and soy sauce and sesame seeds together in a bowl.
- Add the salmon, onions, avocado, and tobiko to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Season with Alaea salt and fried garlic chips to taste. Garnish with cilantro and nori and serve your Spicy Salmon Poke over hot rice.
