Spicy Sesame Noodles

These easy to make delicious Vegetarian Spicy Sesame Noodles are ready in 20 minutes or less and is the perfect quick night dinner recipe for your family

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces rice noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar rice vinegar is fine
  • 4 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp light olive oil or other of your liking
  • A pinch of red chili pepper more if you like it Hot!
  • green onions sliced thin

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions
  2. In a sauce pan bring to a boil all the ingredients above, except the noodles and the green onions - for just 2 minutes
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Pour hot sauce over the noodles and toss to coat
  5. Sprinkle with the onions and perhaps some sesame seeds
