Ingredients

  • 1 pound Shrimp peeled, deveined, and tails removed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cilantro dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw jalapeno
  • 1/2 cup avocado crema

Instructions

  1. Place shrimp in a medium bowl and top with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, dried cilantro, cumin, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic. Stir to combine.
  2. Let shrimp marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. Prepare tacos by filling flour tortillas with jalapeno coleslaw, avocado crema, and shrimp.
