Spicy Snow Peas with Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1½ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Chili oil *Click the link up above for the recipe
  • 8 oz Snow peas
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • Toasted sesame seeds or black sesame seeds, optional

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil and the chili oil together in a large saute pan.
  2. Add the snow peas and toss to coat evenly. Cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes. Add the minced ginger and garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
  3. Season the sesame snow peas with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
  4. Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, or both, to taste.
  5. Serve immediately with additional chili oil and some soy sauce on the side, if desired. Enjoy.
