Ingredients

  • 5 red chilies
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 5 tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Crush the chilies with a mortar and pestle.
  2. Add garlic and pound into a fine paste.
  3. Add sugar and white vinegar. Use your pestle to stir the ingredients into a sauce. Serve immediately.
