Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough I used TJ's whole wheat, ball
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 shallot diced
  • 2 garlic minced or pressed, cloves
  • 1 spinach 6 ounce, I used 10 oz. frozen bag, fresh, bag
  • 1 artichoke hearts 14 ounce, 5-7 count, canned
  • ⅔ cup ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese freshly grated
  • 4 ounces Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
