- 1 pizza dough I used TJ's whole wheat, ball
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 shallot diced
- 2 garlic minced or pressed, cloves
- 1 spinach 6 ounce, I used 10 oz. frozen bag, fresh, bag
- 1 artichoke hearts 14 ounce, 5-7 count, canned
- ⅔ cup ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese freshly grated
- 4 ounces Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
