Spinach Artichoke Dip

This cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip is absolutely DELICIOUS! It’s the perfect easy appetizer for holidays or parties because it’s always such a huge hit with everyone and it only takes a few minutes to make. You can even make this a couple of days ahead of time and bake it when you’re ready! We like this dip best served in a bread bowl, crackers or toasted french bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce cream cheese softened, package
  • 1 cup sour cream 8 ounces
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese finely shredded
  • 1 ounce mozzarella cheese shredded, package
  • 1 ounce artichoke hearts drained and chopped, canned
  • 1 ounce spinach thawed and squeezed dry, frozen, in package
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir the cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, and sour cream.
  2. Stir in the drained and chopped artichoke hearts and spinach and mix well to combine.
  3. Add the onion powder along with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Serve the dip in a bread bowl or transfer to another serving bowl with french bread slices or crackers.
