Spinach Artichoke Dip
This cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip is absolutely DELICIOUS! It’s the perfect easy appetizer for holidays or parties because it’s always such a huge hit with everyone and it only takes a few minutes to make. You can even make this a couple of days ahead of time and bake it when you’re ready! We like this dip best served in a bread bowl, crackers or toasted french bread.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce cream cheese softened, package
- 1 cup sour cream 8 ounces
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese finely shredded
- 1 ounce mozzarella cheese shredded, package
- 1 ounce artichoke hearts drained and chopped, canned
- 1 ounce spinach thawed and squeezed dry, frozen, in package
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir the cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, and sour cream.
- Stir in the drained and chopped artichoke hearts and spinach and mix well to combine.
- Add the onion powder along with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve the dip in a bread bowl or transfer to another serving bowl with french bread slices or crackers.
