Ingredients
- 1 ounce bag frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- dash pepper
- dash salt
- 11-13 egg roll wrappers --I used 12
- 2-3 cups vegetable oil -about 2 inches deep in pot
- 2 TBS grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 TBS parsley chopped
- Small bowl of water
