Ingredients

  • 2 packages spinach thawed and well-drained, frozen, chopped, 10 oz each
  • 4 egg beaten, large
  • 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup butter melted, unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well until the mixture is homogenous.
  2. Using your hands, form the mixture into small, walnut-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the balls are firm and lightly golden.
