Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 cups quinoa, cooked
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Arrange all salad ingredients in a bowl.Put all dressing ingredients in a small jar with a tight fitting lid and shake. Add salt and pepper to taste.Pour over salad and serve immediately.
