Spinach Chips Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Place the spinach leaves in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until all leaves are evenly coated. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes.
- Lay the spinach leaves out on the prepared baking sheets in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the leaves are crispy. Watch them carefully to prevent burning.
