Ingredients

  • 4 cups spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Place the spinach leaves in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until all leaves are evenly coated. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes.
  3. Lay the spinach leaves out on the prepared baking sheets in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the leaves are crispy. Watch them carefully to prevent burning.
