Ingredients

  • 12 large baby portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ¾ c. prepared spinach dip
  • ¼ c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ⅛ c. Panko bread crumbs

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Brush mushroom tops with olive oil. Place top-down on baking sheet.
  2. Fill each mushroom with 1 Tbsp. spinach dip, 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 tsp. bread crumbs.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
