Ingredients
- 12 portobello mushrooms stems removed, large baby
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- ¾ c. spinach dip prepared
- ¼ c. Parmesan Cheese shredded
- ⅛ c. panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Brush mushroom tops with olive oil. Place top-down on baking sheet.
- Fill each mushroom with 1 Tbsp. spinach dip, 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 tsp. bread crumbs.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
