Ingredients

  • 10 oz spinach fresh
  • 2/3 cloves garlic
  • 2 pepper fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 oz feta cheese
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the garlic cloves and chop them finely with a knife.
  2. Cut the fresh peppers in half and slice them into strips.
  3. In a skillet, add oil and set the temperature to medium.
  4. Add the chopped garlic and sliced fresh peppers, and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add a generous amount of fresh spinach, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat until the spinach is well wilted.
  7. With the help of a spoon, create space for the eggs.
  8. Add the eggs and cook for 4 minutes with the lid on.
  9. Finish the dish with crumbled feta, fresh pepper, and a drizzle of oil.
