Spinach eggs and garlic
Spinach, eggs, and garlic: here’s the perfect recipe for those moments when you have little time and want to whip up something quick yet delicious.
Ingredients
- 10 oz spinach fresh
- 2/3 cloves garlic
- 2 pepper fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 oz feta cheese
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Clean the garlic cloves and chop them finely with a knife.
- Cut the fresh peppers in half and slice them into strips.
- In a skillet, add oil and set the temperature to medium.
- Add the chopped garlic and sliced fresh peppers, and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add a generous amount of fresh spinach, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat until the spinach is well wilted.
- With the help of a spoon, create space for the eggs.
- Add the eggs and cook for 4 minutes with the lid on.
- Finish the dish with crumbled feta, fresh pepper, and a drizzle of oil.
