Spring Veggie Charcuterie Board
Serve up this adorable and tasty veggie platter for all your Spring gatherings - it's a fun and tasty way to celebrate spring!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup cream cheese whipped, garlic & herb flavored
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 celery ribs
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ broccoli head
- ½ cup yogurt covered raisins about 4 small boxes
- ½ cup Chex mix
- 6 strawberry halved, large
- 3 cups carrot sliced, baby
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 crackers Pepperidge Farm Golden Butter brand, package
Instructions
- Place the celery and round 3.5 oz bowls down first
- Fill the bowls with the 3 dips, ranch, cream cheese and yogurt
- Slice baby carrots to fit around the two outside bowls creating flowers
- Slice the strawberries in half, slice off the back side to make them lay flat,
- Create two rows of the sliced strawberries
- Add dried cranberries down the center stalk of celery
- Layer sugar snap peas across the bottom for grass
- Add in a few small pieces of broccoli
- Fill square bowls with chex mix and yogurt covered raisins
- Place butterfly crackers along the outside
Notes
- You can flatten the back of the strawberries or they will not stack without the use of toothpicks.
- To save time, grab a veggie snack pack from the store and arrange it, you may need a few more carrots but it works great.
