Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 garlic crushed with a garlic press or very finely minced, cloves
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and garlic.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • *For less heat, cut the amount of Sriracha in the recipe by half. For more heat, add Sriracha to taste or add cayenne pepper starting with ¼ teaspoon.
  • *If using fresh lime juice, cut the amount by half and then add more to taste.
  • Store tightly covered in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
