Sriracha Deviled Eggs

Traditional deviled eggs are made with the addition of sriracha and rice vinegar for a flavor-packed snack!

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs peeled
  • 1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha plus more to dollop
  • 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or yellow mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish optional

Instructions

  1. Slice eggs in half with a sharp, clean knife, cleaning in-between eggs with a damp towel.
  2. Add egg yolks and rest of the ingredients to a bowl- mash and mix with a fork.
  3. Add yolks back into the egg whites using a spoon or pastry bag.
  4. Garnish with a small dollop of sriracha and green onions.
