Traditional deviled eggs are made with the addition of sriracha and rice vinegar for a flavor-packed snack!

- 6 hard-boiled eggs peeled
- 1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha plus more to dollop
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or yellow mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish optional
Instructions
- Slice eggs in half with a sharp, clean knife, cleaning in-between eggs with a damp towel.
- Add egg yolks and rest of the ingredients to a bowl- mash and mix with a fork.
- Add yolks back into the egg whites using a spoon or pastry bag.
- Garnish with a small dollop of sriracha and green onions.
