Ingredients

  • ½ c Japanese mayonnaise preferably Kewpie brand
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce preferably Huy Fong Foods brand

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha and mix thoroughly.
  2. Taste and adjust based on your personal preferences. If you want to add more heat, add more sriracha in one tablespoon increments.
