St. Patrick's Day Mint Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas peeled
  • 1 cup spinach packed
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves packed
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ½ - 1 cup water see notes
  • ¼ cup mint chocolate chips

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients, except the mint chocolate chips, to your blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add the mint chocolate chips and pulse a few times so they break up but are not completely blended into the smoothie.

Notes

  • Add more or less water, depending on your preference. I like a runnier, more drinkable smoothie so I use 1 cup of water.
