Starbucks Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai

Ingredients

Gingerbread Syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoon allspice
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon cloves ground
Drink
  • ice
  • 3 ounces chai concentrate
  • 5 ounces oat milk divided use
  • 1 tablespoon gingerbread syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

Gingerbread Syrup
    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to a pan. Stir and bring to a boil then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour in a mason jar, seal, and refrigerate until cool.
Drink
  1. Add enough ice to a tall glass to fill it ⅔ full
  2. Add chia tea concentrate and 3 ounces of oat milk.
  3. Froth 2 ounces of oat milk with 1 tablespoon gingerbread syrup then pour it into the glass. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Notes

  • The syrup makes several drinks, you will have syrup left over.
