Steak Kabob Recipe
Make a quick dinner or super easy appetizer with these steak kabobs!! Seasoned with Redmond Real Salt's Garlic Pepper, they are incredibly flavorful and easy!

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Redmond Real Salt Garlic Pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 steak about 4-6 ounces each, chopped
- 1 yellow zucchini see note, chopped
- 1 green zucchini chopped
- 1 bell pepper any color, chopped
- 1 purple onion medium, chopped
Instructions
- Place skewers in water to soak.
- Chop the steak into about 1-inch square pieces. Place in a container or bowl.
- Chop all the vegetables into about 1-inch square pieces. Place in a container or bowl
- Toss steak with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of Garlic Pepper.
- Toss vegetables with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of Garlic Pepper.
- Assemble kabobs on skewers in any order you choose, alternating between veggies and meat.
- Grill or saute in a pan on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side, until the meat and veggies have nice browning on all sides.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Everything on the kabobs should be about the same size. You can use any cut of steak you choose, and really any veggies you have on hand.
