Steak Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas 10-inch
- 2 cups beef steak cooked, finely chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons salsa
- 1/2 cup onion optional, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro optional, chopped, fresh
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then melt 1 tablespoon butter in the pan.
- Place a tortilla in the pan, over the melted butter. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese evenly across the entire tortilla.
- On one half of the tortilla, distribute 1/2 cup cooked steak. On the other half, spread 1 tablespoon salsa. Add optional chopped onion or cilantro if desired.
- Allow the cheese to melt for about 3-4 minutes, then fold the tortilla in half.
- Let the tortilla cook for another minute, then flip it over to brown the other side and ensure the cheese melts thoroughly.
- Repeat these steps with the remaining tortillas and ingredients, melting more butter in the pan as needed.
- Once cooked, remove the quesadilla from the skillet and cut into wedges.
- Serve your quesadillas with guacamole, sour cream, and additional salsa on the side.
