Steak Sauce Recipe
Just when you thought steak couldn't get any better, in walks homemade steak sauce with its tangy flavor that complements your favorite filet, sirloin, and more.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
- cayenne pepper optional for heat, a pinch
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Whisk all the ingredients together until the sauce is smooth and well blended.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary. The sauce can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
