Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Spaghetti
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot , thinly sliced
  • 1 zucchini , cut into 1/2 circles
  • 1 celery stalk , sliced
  • 1/2 yellow onion , thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta a minute shy of the directions, drain, and toss with sesame oil.
  2. Add vegetable oil to large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add in broccoli, carrot, zucchini, celery, onion, and garlic, stirring well.
  4. Cook for 4-5 minutes until vegetables have begun to soften.
  5. Add in hoisin sauce and soy sauce stirring well.
  6. Add in pasta, toss well to combine.
