Stir-Fry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, water, cornstarch, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until the sugar and cornstarch are completely dissolved.
  3. Use immediately in your stir-fry or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
