Stir Fry Sauce Recipe
This easy stir fry sauce recipe is refined sugar-free, soy-free and easy to adapt to make paleo or keto. A healthy stir fry sauce!
Ingredients
- 1 large garlic minced, clove
- 1 1/2 Tbsp ginger peeled and minced, fresh
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar or sugar-free sweetener
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos or liquid aminos
- 1/4 cup broth chicken or beef
- 1 Tbsp sriracha
- 1 Tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 tsp fish sauce optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth! Use immediately or store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
