Stir Fry Sauce Recipe | Sugar-Free & Low Carb

This stir fry sauce combines liquid aminos, chicken broth, sesame oil, rice vinegar, fresh ginger and garlic, and a sugar substitute to create a savory, tangy, and slightly sweet flavor. It is thickened with cornstarch mixed with water, giving it a smooth, glossy texture that coats vegetables, meats, or tofu evenly. The sauce offers a versatile base for low-carb and sugar-free stir fry meals, adapting easily by changing broth types or thickening agents according to dietary preferences or available ingredients.
