Ingredients

  • 1 ½ to 2 ½ cups of plant-based milk
  • 2 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the plant-based milk, strawberries, pineapple, and peanut butter (if using).
  2. Blend for 1 minute. If it’s too thick, add plant-based milk ½ cup at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Divide into two glasses and enjoy cold.

Notes

  • Adjust the consistency: Adjust the amount of liquid for a thicker or thinner smoothie. If you’re using fresh fruit, optionally add ice cubes (plant-based milk or juice to avoid watering it down) for a thicker texture.
  • Sweeten to taste: We don’t add any extra sweetener, as pineapple and strawberries are both naturally sweet. However, if it’s too acidic/tart, add liquid sweetener or 1-2 dates.
  • Experiment with add-ins: You can play with mix-ins based on your desired flavor or nutritional profile.
