- 1 pkg strawberry Jell-O 3 ounces
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
- 1 pound frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 angel food cake diced into 1 inch pieces
- 16 ounces Cool Whip thawed, divided
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil and stir in the jell-O mix. Move the mixture to a large mixing bowl (allow it to cool) and stir in the frozen sliced strawberries.
- Gently stir in the 1/2 of the cool whip and the diced angel food pieces.
- Pour the mixture into a 9X13 baking pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
- When serving, top with the remaining Cool whip.
- Serve topped with fresh strawberries and enjoy!
