Strawberry Avocado Pasta Salad

Delicious ripe strawberries come together with creamy avocados, basil, and feta cheese making one unforgettable salad!  The pasta adds a new and delicious texture and makes this salad perfect and unique!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bow tie pasta
  • ½ pound sliced strawberries, about 2 cups
  • 2 chopped medium avocados
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the 8 ounces bow tie pasta according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine the ½ pound sliced strawberries, 2 chopped medium avocados, ½ cup chopped fresh basil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl sprinkle with ¼ cup feta cheese and enjoy!
