Ingredients
- 2 cooked and diced chicken breasts, about 1 ½ - 2 pounds
- 3 cups fresh spring greens
- 2 cups sliced strawberries sliced
- ½ cup coarsely chopped pecans
- ½ cup crumbled Feta cheese
- ½ cup balsamic dressing
- 4 large tortilla wraps
Instructions
- To a large bowl add the 2 cooked and diced chicken breasts, 3 cups fresh spring greens, 2 cups sliced strawberries, ½ cup coarsely chopped pecans, and ½ cup crumbled feta cheese. Toss to combine, add the ½ cup balsamic dressing, and toss to coat everything.
- Fill the 4 large tortilla wraps with equal portions of the salad mixture and tightly roll them up. Serve fresh!
