Fresh Spring greens, strawberries, crunchy pecans, chicken, and feta cheese come together in this delicious and healthy wrap. It is drizzled in balsamic dressing and the flavor is amazing!

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked and diced chicken breasts, about 1 ½ - 2 pounds
  • 3 cups fresh spring greens
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • ½ cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • ½ cup balsamic dressing
  • 4 large tortilla wraps

Instructions

  1. To a large bowl add the 2 cooked and diced chicken breasts, 3 cups fresh spring greens, 2 cups sliced strawberries, ½ cup coarsely chopped pecans, and ½ cup crumbled feta cheese. Toss to combine, add the ½ cup balsamic dressing, and toss to coat everything.
  2. Fill the 4 large tortilla wraps with equal portions of the salad mixture and tightly roll them up. Serve fresh!
