Strawberry Banana Smoothie
An easy, healthy smoothie that’s made with only a few ingredients. It's perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert!
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberry frozen
- 1 banana peeled
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup yogurt plain, Greek
- 1/4 cup cauliflower frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- I recommend using frozen strawberries and a fresh banana. If you have fresh strawberries, use a frozen banana. If you use fresh strawberries and a fresh banana, add ice to the smoothie to thicken it up.
