Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1 1/2 bananas
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
- fresh fruit and mint sprigs for garnish optional
Instructions
- Place the apple juice, bananas, frozen strawberries and vanilla Greek yogurt in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve, garnished with fruit and mint sprigs if desired.
