Strawberry Colada Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix box
  • 1 strawberry pie filling canned
  • 1 pineapple undrained, crushed, canned
  • 1 butter cut in pieces, unsalted, stick
  • 1 c. coconut shredded

Instructions

  1. Spread pie filling in a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Spoon the crushed pineapple evenly over the pie filling and pour any remaining juice on top.
  3. Pour dry cake mix over fruit , then the dry cake mix; top with butter pieces and sprinkle evenly with coconut.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
  5. *If necessary, cover with foil near the end to prevent over-browning.
  6. Serve with whipped cream.
