Strawberry Daiquiri Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberry hulled and halved, fresh
  • 2 ounces rum light
  • 1 ounce lime juice fresh
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash, hull, and halve the strawberries. Squeeze fresh lime juice and make (or obtain) simple syrup.
  2. Place strawberries, rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice in a blender. Pulse a few times to chop the strawberries and start combining the ingredients. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and the ice is fully incorporated. Taste and adjust with extra syrup or lime juice.
  3. Pour the strawberry daiquiri into chilled glasses and garnish with a strawberry or a lime wheel, if desired.
